It was a bit far from the main places about a 20 min drive, but we got this last last minute for the long weekend. Terrible, terrible customer service from the uncooperative manager. Unfortunately we never got as far as through the door as we got rudely turned away late at night with our crying baby saying our booking wasn't valid for no fault of our own. During this time in reception another couple who had only just checked in were leaving disgusted at the state of the room. It was that bad they refused to stay the night. They said it was shared bathrooms and toilets and they were mis sold on the website. Dont make our mistake in booking here.

Sit in the common areas and chat with the owner, she's very friendly, if you're traveling from overseas like we were you can learn a lot just by socialising with real Aussies! Highly recommend
